Position Overview
As a Director of Investment & Advisory, you will play a key role in sourcing, evaluating, executing, and managing relationships with various investors.
Key Responsibilities
Identification of high-potential investments with VC firms, early-stage/angel investors, etc.
Planning and organising the engagement of investors on regular basis
Source and evaluate new investment opportunities through financial, operational, and market analysis
Support in negotiating term sheets, shareholder agreements, and governance provisions.
Lead thematic research and market mapping in target sectors
Lead diligence across business, financial, legal, and product dimensions
Support Communications, reporting, and strategy of growth of VenturEdu and Fibonacci X
Background
Strong academic background in business, finance, tech, or economics (MBA/CFA is a plus)
3+ years of relevant experience in VC/PE, startup founding, investment banking, consulting, or family office investing
Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
