The Role
Role will involve engaging with clients in BFSI Space - existing account and new accounts in areas driven by business. Engagement with client for new requirement to under application/ Fintech integration and serives areas. Work with customer partners /Solutioning team and Kyndryl Practices to derive value proposition to
Customer Success

• Supplements and guides existing account team through change management as well as set in the right processes to enable the team to lead the deliver curve while becoming the Trusted advisor to clients and hence become the first point for new business needs
• Act as Executive point of contact for customer needs, requirements, and expectations thru account Delivery Lead and PM and Account partner
• Build a track record of referenceable customer success stories that achieve high levels of business value and customer satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with customers, Account partners and Consult partner s to improve delivery performance and brings innovations to the accounts. Innovation to develops and scale out .

Commercial Success

• Build a network of personal customer executive relationships (business leaders + IT leaders) on customer accounts served
• New Business Growth on Identified new feature and functions.
• Identify opportunities for growth and expansion through being a recognized trusted advisor. Lead the entire delivery team to actively identify and drive opportunities to grow out scope
• Support account leadership and other partners, including Consulting, in identifying and pursuing commercial opportunities to drive profitable growth
• Own service delivery quality, including transformation, automation, and quality for new incubation of business for Kyndryl

Distinctive Expertise

• Lead delivery across the full customer lifecycle for given engagement and focus areas.
• Is known as a thought leader in an industry or practice internally
• Drive key areas of competency Cloud Services, Service Integration thru App, Data and AI offerings.
• Build meaningful expertise in an area (practice or industry); recommend Expert or Thought Leader levels in relevant certification programs
• Establish and maintain account governance and have strong program management skills to lead delivery on time and on budget
• Ensure account compliance and lead accounts with integrity

People

• Team effectively across the Kyndryl organization to bring together high performing cross functional teams to deliver services for customers.
• Invest in the development of the people on the account and across Kyndryl to develop the next generation of talent.
• Support Kyndryl in achieving its Diversity, Equity and Inclusion goals.
