: HR Director

The HR Director is a strategic leader responsible for developing and executing human resource strategies in alignment with the overall business objectives of the organization. This role will oversee all aspects of the HR function, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, learning and development, performance management, HR policy development, and ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. The HR Director will serve as a key member of the senior leadership team, providing guidance and support on all people-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:



Strategic HR Leadership:

Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's overall strategic goals and objectives. Provide strategic advice and counsel to the executive leadership team on HR matters.

Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning:

Oversee the talent acquisition process, ensuring the attraction, recruitment, and onboarding of high-caliber talent. Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to meet current and future business needs.

Employee Relations:

Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by developing and managing effective employee relations programs. Address and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.

Compensation and Benefits:

Design, implement, and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate employees. Ensure programs are compliant with all legal requirements.

Learning and Development:

Develop and implement learning and development initiatives that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance. Support employee growth and career development opportunities.

Performance Management:

Oversee the performance management process, ensuring fair and effective systems are in place to drive employee performance and organizational success.

HR Policy Development and Implementation:

Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that comply with all relevant employment laws and regulations and reflect best practices.

HR Compliance and Risk Management:

Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations (e.g., equal opportunity, wage and hour, health and safety). Identify and mitigate HR-related risks.

HR Budget and Resource Management:

Develop and manage the HR department budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.

HR Technology and Systems:

Oversee the implementation and utilization of HR technology and systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Organizational Development:

Lead organizational development initiatives to support change management, improve organizational effectiveness, and enhance employee engagement.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI):

Champion DEI initiatives to foster an inclusive and equitable workplace where all employees feel valued and have the opportunity to succeed.

HR Team Leadership and Development:

Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team, fostering a high-performing and collaborative work environment.

HR Metrics and Reporting:

Develop and analyze HR metrics to track key performance indicators and provide insights to senior management.

Qualifications and Experience:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. 18+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 2 years in a Director-level role. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies that align with business objectives. Extensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Strong experience in all functional areas of HR, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and performance management. Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business strategy into HR initiatives. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with HR technology and systems. Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
