We are looking for a strategic and experienced Director, HR Business Partners - India to join our global HR team located in Bangalore, reporting to the senior director of the HRBP team for Product, Engineering, and G&A functions. In this role, you will directly be managing the HRBP team and partner with the HR functions in India. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a growing, successful, and innovative organization. What you'll do:

Lead and mentor an India-based HRBP team supporting the local offices in Bangalore and Trivandrum Provide broad leadership and collaborate closely with regional HR teams, including Talent Acquisition, HRIS, Inclusion, and Facilities Collaborate with senior leaders in India as a trusted business partner to coach and develop on people practices that will create an engaged culture of high performance Lead talent and succession planning, mid and year-end rewards cycles, goal setting, and performance management Support leaders on developing, coaching, and performance managing their team members to deliver best-in-class client group support Partner with the HR Centers of Excellence (COE) to drive people programs that support talent, compensation, hiring and workforce planning, organizational design, benefits, and hybrid workforce capabilities Establish and implement HR initiatives that effectively communicate and support the Infoblox vision and strategic plan Translate business strategy into actionable global workforce plans Prepare, maintain, and use relevant data to inform and build insights for your client groups

What you'll bring:

15+ years HR leadership experience, including 5+ years in a high-tech organization with a global footprint Demonstrated experience leading HRBP teams and a history of partnering well with senior leadership teams to develop a culture of innovation, excellence, and openness Critical thinking and data analysis skills with success in working cross-functionally to implement solutions that solve business issues Ability to build credible relationships with all stakeholders and lead with influence throughout the India region Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills Ability to also have a "roll-up your sleeves" attitude to support operations Impeccable integrity, including sound judgment and professionalism and a forthright approach and willingness to give and receive candid feedback to improve leadership and ensure business success A demonstrated ability to mentor and lead high performing teams Ability to effectively influence positive change, enabling strategic impact to the client groups Capable and swift decision-maker with the ability to navigate complex challenges Solid technology skills; Oracle and Microsoft Suite knowledge a plus

Be well-versed on all HR initiatives and successfully support the leaders in your client group on execution Collaborate with the COEs in support of HR initiatives Be a strategic partner and sounding board to the India leadership team Identify areas of operational improvement and recommend changes to allow the business to scale for the future Build trust with the HRBP team, better equipping them to meet the needs of a fast-changing environment
After about a year, you will...
Be a subject matter expert on the India region and advise the business on key talent strategies for this group Help streamline HR processes to improve efficiency and align with our global HR Operations team Be a driver of operational and talent strategies that improve performance of employees and coaching capabilities of leaders
