Required Skills & Qualifications

Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering from NIT/IIT or equivalent (B.E./M.E./B.Tech/M.Tech).

Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in hardware design and development for power electronics or smart energy products.

Proven expertise in:

Firmware Development, Embedded C/C++

Analog/Digital circuit design using Altium, OrCAD or similar EDA tools.

Simulation tools such as PSpice.

Working with oscilloscopes, signal generators, logic analyzers and similar tools.

Designing for high-voltage systems, IoT-enabled smart metering, and grid-interactive devices.

Sound knowledge of Power Electronics, Analog Circuits, Microcontrollers, and Mini/Micro Grid systems.

Experience in product-based companies is a must.

Strong grasp of DFMEA, prototyping, and compliance testing methodologies.

Clear communicator with the ability to document and present technical material effectively.

Team player with strong leadership and project management skills.

Preferred Attributes

Experience in the Renewable Energy, Smart Grid, or Smart Metering domains.

Exposure to AC-DC systems, Battery Management, or Power Conditioning.

Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of driving innovation in fast-paced environments.
