What You\'ll Do

As the Director of Search Engine Marketing (SEM), you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of our company\'s search engine marketing campaigns. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that SEM campaigns are aligned with our overall marketing strategy and goals. Additionally, you will lead a team of SEM specialists, providing guidance, support, and training to help them achieve their objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the marketing-sourced pipeline & ACV number for Paid Search that meets our coverage goals and is within acceptable payback period and LTV/CAC targets, partnering with the sales team on strategy, targeting, lead follow up, and conversion
  • Define and own KPIs and track performance metrics on a daily and weekly basis and iterate quickly to optimize, proactively detect and course correct
  • Manage and optimize our SEM budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
  • Oversee the development and execution of SEM campaigns, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bidding, and landing page optimization.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including SEO, content, social media, and analytics, to ensure that SEM campaigns are aligned with other marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with SDR and Sales teams for full funnel optimization of paid search program
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEM trends and technologies, and recommend new strategies and tactics for improving campaign performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • At least 8+ years of experience in SEM.
  • Strong understanding of SEM best practices, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bidding, and landing page optimization.
  • Understands SaaS metrics Inside/Out (CAC, LTV, LTV/CAC, Payback)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage projects and priorities effectively.
  • Experience managing and developing teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
