Hiring For Leading MNC
Designation Director Finance

• Conduct analysis of newly executed incentive contract terms to evaluate contractual obligations and determine the appropriate accounting treatment
• In-depth understanding of system tools and operational processes to provide hands-on support
• Supervise contra-revenue accounting entries, balance sheet reconciliations, financial performance analysis, and preparation of both internal and external reports.
• Lead a team of over 50 team members who are fully accountable for managing and supporting assigned client incentive agreements globally

Desired Profile

• Extensive experience of progressive financial control
• Strong understanding of international accounting standards.
• Track record in driving simplification, standardization and continuous improvement of existing processes
