About the Team:- The Controllership team is responsible right from recording and tracking of each financial level transactions to closure of books and reporting of financial transactions by preparing financial statements and accordingly providing commentary of financial outlook of the entity which broadly includes: A systematic and programmed monthly financial statement closure and reporting process, Liasioning with statutory auditors for timely completion of statutory audit, coordination with stakeholders as a facilitator to the audit team for providing input required for audit procedure. To ensure books of accounts get audited as per defined timelines and compliances. Quarterly limited review inline with the SEBI (LODR) requirements. Coordination with internal financial control auditors for timely closure of internal audit to work upon financial constraints and observations identified by the audit team and boosting financial level procedures and avoidance of control gaps. Streamlining the financial reporting process of subsidiaries for efficiency and timely finalization of Group financial statements. Finalization of Monthly MIS PL within defined timelines, Facilitating the Bankers, due diligence team, lenders, investors by sharing the required information on time and reporting the requested details in a defined framework. Facilitating the timely completion of all planned acquisitions with respect to financial activities, such as Financial, legal and Tax due diligence, valuation and coordination etc. Job Responsibilities:- . Implementation of ERP for P2P operations . Lead the invoice and payment processing activities for the Group. . Continuous improvements in the Governance and control setup of the process. . Work closely with the stakeholders including internal and external vendor teams to ensure there is win-win scenario for business and finance. . Develop metrics to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of AP operations and drive world-class efficiency and service levels. . Responsible for P2P internal financial controls . Responsible for monthly AP closure and statutory/ internal audits . Responsible for day-to-day liquidity management, short and long term investment management and long-term cash flow planning, which includes, but is not limited to, the following duties: . Investment Portfolio Management - Managing the deployment of funds in the market within short, medium and long term instruments basis the Company's investment policy. . Continuously reviewing and managing the returns to the optimum levels with lower risk rating of the portfolio in compliance with the Company's investment portfolio . Leading the working capital management charter for the Group. . Reviews and approves financial statement note disclosures related to treasury operations as well as certain balances reported in the Statement of Financial Position and Statement of Cash flow . Conducts year-over-year trend analysis and investigates significant variances. . Responsible for the ongoing accounting, reconciliation and analytical activities such as approving the bank reconciliations, ensuring JE reconciliations . To work with various Banks for organisation requirements wrt to Payment Solutions, Tech development, New Product ideation and launch. . To solve for various use Business Use cases through discussions with banks and ensuring best solutions are deployed at optimal costs. . Work with Payments Tech teams to launch new finance products working with Banks and their FinTech partners. . Working with banks to leverage the Org's Financial Position. . To work with PG's in ensuring that the Org receives the best MDR's in the e-com space . To work with Banks and PG's on securing marketing budgets for various LOB's like Food, IM and Dineout. Desired Skills:- . 10+ years of experience with expertise in Treasury, P2P Operations, Working Capital Management, Finance Operations. . Detailed knowledge of inventory procedures. . Demonstrated experience in identifying and implementing continuous improvement projects and tracking of the success. . Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
