Position Title: Director - Food & Beverage
Reporting To: Senior Vice President - Hospitality & Operations
Location: Multi-Unit Responsibility
Position Overview:
The Director of Food & Beverage will be responsible for driving and overseeing all F&B operations across Quorum locations. This leadership role ensures that the culinary, beverage, and service experiences consistently meet the brand standards, while delivering exceptional quality, innovation, profitability, and member satisfaction. The Director F&B will work closely with the Senior VP - Hospitality and the Unit General Managers to position Quorum as a premier destination for lifestyle-driven dining and beverage experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement the F&B vision and strategy across all Quorum properties.
  • Standardize service and product excellence across locations while customizing local experiences.
  • Collaborate with Programming, Private Hire Sales, and Membership teams to curate experiential F&B offerings.
  • Collaborate with Cluster Executive Chef & Unit Chefs to implement standardized and innovative menus across properties.
  • Create unique restaurant concepts that reflect Quorum's brand identity and elevate the dining experience.
2. Financial Performance:
  • Drive F&B revenue targets through innovative concepts, upselling programs, and cost management.
  • Monitor P&L performance, ensuring cost control (COGS, labor, and operating expenses).
  • Develop pricing strategies, promotions, and campaigns to maximize profitability.
  • Prepare and implement effective menu engineering strategies to ensure higher profitability.
3. Operations Management:
  • Oversee day-to-day F&B operations in collaboration with Unit GMs and F&B Managers.
  • Monitor kitchen and service standards, hygiene protocols, and guest experience parameters.
  • Lead the creation and implementation of outlet-specific SOPs for operations, service, and training.
4. Culinary and Beverage Innovation:
  • Work with Executive Chefs and Beverage Managers to continually update menus based on trends, seasonality, and member preferences.
  • Introduce signature events such as brunches, wine dinners, and bar takeovers.
  • Elevate bar and wine programs, positioning Quorum as a leader in beverage innovation.
  • Prepare and implement comprehensive beverage programs that enhance member engagement and drive revenue.
5. Team Development:
  • Mentor, coach, and develop a high-performing F&B team across all units.
  • Implement ongoing training programs to build product knowledge, service finesse, and leadership capabilities.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent succession planning for F&B leadership roles.
6. Member & Guest Experience:
  • Champion a "member-first" service culture at every touchpoint.
  • Regularly interact with members to gather feedback and initiate service enhancements.
  • Design and manage feedback and audit mechanisms to continuously monitor F&B satisfaction scores.
7. Compliance & Safety:
  • Ensure all F&B operations meet health, safety, and legal regulations.
  • Maintain HACCP and hygiene standards across all outlets.
8. Sponsorship Development:
  • Prepare and maintain a robust sponsorship pipeline to support event programming and special initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 12-15 years' experience in progressive F&B leadership roles.
  • Experience in luxury hotels, lifestyle clubs, or premium restaurant groups preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian and global F&B trends.
  • Prior multi-unit or regional F&B management experience is an advantage.
