Director,ESG, SaaS based ESG Software company
Job Summary: A leading ESG Tech company is looking to hire a Director ESG to oversee ESG solutions, manage client relationships, and lead a team of Delivery Managers. This role involves consulting on ESG solutions, ensuring seamless client onboarding, and optimizing service delivery for a superior customer experience.
Company Profile: Our client, a leading ESG Tech company providing SAAS solutions to enterprises and funds across industries, sizes and geographies to digitally track their ESG lifecycle and track their carbon footprint.
Location: WFH / Hybrid (candidate should be able to travel to Mangalore as and when required)
Designation: Director- ESG
The selected Candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Lead and manage a team responsible for delivering ESG solutions and services, ensuring an exceptional customer experience through timely and effective service delivery.
• Act as an ESG consultant, guiding clients in their sustainability journey and integrating ESG solutions into their business operations.
• Plan and allocate resources efficiently across locations and processes to optimize service delivery and project execution.
• Develop and manage project schedules, service delivery timelines, and resource utilization strategies to enhance efficiency.
• Mentor and train team members, fostering skill development and alignment with organizational goals.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, proposing measures for continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), and overall team performance.
• Oversee onboarding support processes, offering clear and frequent updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, product teams, and technical teams, to ensure seamless ESG solution implementation.
• Ensure timely completion of onboarding support activities, facilitating payments linked to project milestones.
• Contribute to product enhancements, issue resolution, and process improvements based on client feedback and internal assessments.
• Work closely with Customer Success, Customer Support, and Account Management teams to address post-onboarding client queries.
• Support Research, Product, and Delivery teams in relevant tasks to enhance service outcomes.

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of ESG and sustainability principles, with hands-on experience in implementing major ESG frameworks and regulations.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Effective decision-making, negotiation, and influencing capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic environment.

Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience working with clients on ESG SaaS-based solutions and consulting, or in ESG consulting within Big 4 firms.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
