Looking for a working professional with more than 10 years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management where the candidate will play a pivotal role in advising and guiding our corporate clients on strategic risk management initiatives.

Responsibilities:

- Implement and oversee Enterprise Risk Management strategies in alignment with organizational goals.

- Develop and execute risk assessment processes to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.

- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of business processes and potential risk areas.

- Design and implement risk mitigation strategies and action plans.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management initiatives.

- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on risk management activities and outcomes.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and adapt risk management strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management.

- Proven track record of successfully implementing risk management strategies in a corporate environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- In-depth knowledge of industry best practices and standards in risk management, ISO 31000 and COSO ERM

-Relevant certifications such as CRM, PRM, or FRM is a plus.
