Join GlobalLogic, to be a valid part of the team working on a huge software project for the world-class company providing M2M / IoT 4G/5G modules e.g. to the automotive, healthcare and logistics industries. Through our engagement, we contribute to our customer in developing the end-user modules\xe2\x80\x99 firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the newest telecommunication and industry standards, as well as performing analysis and estimations of the customer requirements.

Requirements:

Overall experience of 18+ years in the IT industry, Telecommunications industry experience preferably
10+ years of progressive technology/consulting leadership experience in Project Management, Program Management, Director/VP+, etc.
8+ years leading large, highly complex technical programs w/ significant scope, budget (
$15mm/yr) and a large pool of resources (200+). Must have experience leading multiple programs from initiation thru completion.

• Exceptional executive communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 able to address all levels of the organization including the C-Suite and members of the board. Able to create/deliver audience appropriate presentations and be persuasive.
• A charismatic leader of people \xe2\x80\x93 able to motivate as well as manage up and down. A roll-up your sleeves Program Manager who is eager to join a collaborative environment.
• Expert mastery of Agile project and program management along with good understanding with other delivery methodologies as well.
• Cross Collaboration and ability to work seamlessly across stakeholder groups potentially with conflicting interests.
• Experience setting up a program management office.
• Experience leading a wide array of streams \xe2\x80\x93 including Development, QA, DevOps, Requirement Management

Preferences:

• Deep understanding of the pre-sales process
• Good understanding on at-least one programing language, cloud, microservices, devops, etc
• Command on vital program management aspects like budgeting, profitability, team management, stakeholder management, etc

Job Responsibilities:

P&L ownership of one or multiple accounts

• Quarterly/Monthly Business reviews with customer
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop the account\xe2\x80\x99s plan and drive implementation for growth
• Program reviews on monthly basis, identify the risks and taking corrective actions, as required
• Mentoring the leaders/managers within the account
• Proactive opportunities/proposals for account growth
• Driving innovation & customer centric culture amongst teams
