Overview

Director - Delivery will lead Zapcom's delivery execution across multiple programs and accounts, ensuring high-quality, predictable outcomes and strong customer satisfaction. This role is responsible for translating strategic objectives into operational excellence, scaling delivery capabilities, and building strong client and team relationships.

As a senior delivery leader, you will work closely with customers, engineering leaders, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between execution, innovation, and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of customer engagements, ensuring consistency, predictability, and high-quality outcomes. Drive delivery excellence through strong governance, agile execution, quality frameworks, and proactive risk management. Build and continuously improve delivery processes to support scale, multi-geo operations, and diverse client needs. Act as the senior delivery leader for key customer accounts, building trusted partnerships with client stakeholders. Understand customer strategic objectives and ensure delivery teams translate them into actionable execution plans. Manage escalation pathways, ensuring rapid response, clear communication, and high accountability. Lead, inspire, and develop delivery managers, project managers, and engineering leaders. Mentor leaders and strengthen succession pipelines while promoting a culture of ownership, agility, and continuous improvement. Drive collaboration across product, engineering, architecture, customer success, and sales teams. Establish, monitor, and optimize KPIs spanning delivery health, team productivity, quality metrics, financial performance, and customer NPS. Continuously evolve delivery models, frameworks, tools, and automation to enhance efficiency and scalability. Support executive leadership on business growth initiatives through delivery readiness and execution excellence. Oversee delivery budgets, project financials, resource allocation, and capacity planning. Ensure optimal utilization, cost efficiency, and strong delivery margins without compromising customer success.

Requirements

12+ years of progressive experience in software delivery, with 3-5 years in senior delivery leadership roles. Proven success managing complex delivery portfolios in IT services or consulting environments. Deep expertise in SDLC, Agile frameworks, DevOps practices, cloud delivery, and modern engineering methods. Strong leadership presence with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to scale delivery organizations, build strong teams, and drive operational transformation. Hands-on experience in delivery governance, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management. Ability to navigate ambiguity, make data-driven decisions, and deliver impact at speed.
