Role Summary:

We're hiring a

Director, Delivery Operations (Mapping & Configuration)

to lead the teams responsible for delivery production work that makes customer sites successful--such as indoor map digitization/creation, content production pipelines, product configuration, and customer-specific customization. This role owns throughput, quality, and process excellence across a global operations team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and scale teams responsible for map digitization/creation, indoor mapping workflows, and delivery content operations. Own product configuration and customer-specific setup/customization required for go-live readiness. Build standardized processes, QA gates, and production playbooks to improve accuracy, speed, and consistency. Establish capacity planning, prioritization, and SLA management across regions/time zones. Partner closely with Projects/PMO and Implementation teams to align deliverables, timelines, and readiness criteria. Work with Product and Engineering to define operational requirements, tooling needs, and feedback loops to improve efficiency. Implement operational metrics and dashboards (volume, cycle time, rework, accuracy, SLA adherence). Drive continuous improvement to reduce rework, eliminate bottlenecks, and improve unit cost/performance.

What You'll Bring

15+ years leading operations, delivery production, or technical services teams in a B2B technology environment. 5+ years managing managers/leads and running multi-region workflows is strongly preferred. Strong process and quality discipline: workflow design, SOPs, QA frameworks, and performance management. Experience running high-volume, deadline-driven production pipelines with measurable SLAs. Comfort working with technical products and configuration workflows; able to coordinate across Product/Engineering. Strong planning, prioritization, and stakeholder communication skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with indoor mapping, GIS/spatial data, CAD-to-map workflows, or digital twin content pipelines. Familiarity with mapping tools, data quality practices, and production QA methodologies. Experience supporting enterprise deployments with customer-specific configurations/customizations.
