Responsibilities:
1. Design Leadership:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the design team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, visually appealing, and on-brand design solutions.
- Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the design team.
2.Brand Identity:
- Develop and execute the overall brand strategy to enhance brand equity and ensure a consistent brand experience across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design efforts with business objectives and marketing initiatives.
3.Creative Direction:
- Lead the creative direction for all marketing materials, campaigns, and initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver innovative design solutions.
4.User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) Design:
- Oversee the development of user-centered design processes to enhance the overall user experience across digital and physical touchpoints.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate design thinking(Right logo, brand identity etc) into the footwear development lifecycle.
5.Team Management:
- Mentor, and develop a high-performing design team.
- Manage and prioritize projects, allocate resources effectively, and ensure timely delivery of design assets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Design or Creative Director, preferably in a marketing or branding role.
- Strong fashion first approach
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and successful brand initiatives.
- In-depth knowledge of design principles, brand development, and industry trends.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a creative team.
- Proficient in design software and tools.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Design, Marketing, or a related field; Master\'s degree is a plus.
