is a Dubai-based advisory firm (founded in 2009) that serves investors, both Sovereign Wealth Funds and Private Equity firms, across the MENA region as well as investment banks and other consulting firms to identify and execute high-impact healthcare investments, support acquisitions, and design strategic growth opportunities. Beyond capital, Bio-nAbler brings deep sector expertise, strategic leadership, and operational capabilities to structure and scale complex life science assessments and transactions.

is a rapidly growing healthcare services platform providing services across three distinct platforms:
1) Occupational Health: We provide health care services at corporate clients sites including manufacturing sites, warehouses, offices and educational centers. We serve nearly 70 clients across 200 medical clinic locations and provide preventative primary care services for the employees of our clients.
2) Unique Minds: We have 10 integrated clinics providing services for children with neuro developmental needs to enhance their development trajectory. We serve a little over 200 patients at our current centers.
3) Patient Support: Bharat Medicare provides point of care services such as bone mass density testing, haemoglobin tests, respiratory disease tests and others to domestic manufacturers including MacLeods, Cipla, and Apex Pharma.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly strategic and entrepreneurial investment professional to drive the investment strategy, growth initiatives, and value creation for Bharat Medicare. This role sits at the intersection of investment, strategy, and business development, requiring both financial acumen and operational mindset.
You will work closely with Bio-nAbler leadership and the Bharat Medicare founding team to scale the company into a leading pan-India healthcare platform.

Key Respoonsibilities:
1. Commercial Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive revenue, market share, and profitability.
  • Define pricing and new service line monetization models and optimize the sales engine.
  • Set and track commercial KPIs: revenue, margins, customer acquisition cost, LTV, conversion rates.
2. Market Expansion & GTM Execution
  • Design the national expansion roadmap (city selection, rollout models, partnerships).
  • Launch new markets through a structured GTM playbook.
  • Build scalable demand generation channels (digital + offline).
  • Drive unit economics and replication of successful models across regions.
3. Strategic Partnerships (Growth Enabler)
  • Identify and close partnerships with hospitals, insurers, diagnostic chains, corporates, senior care, pharma, and digital health platforms.
  • Structure and build revenue-generating alliances and ecosystem collaborations.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and ensure execution.
  • Represent Bharat Medicare in industry forums, conferences, and strategic meetings.
4. Cross-Functional Leadership & Execution
  • Work closely with product, operations, finance, clinical, and technology teams to align strategy and execution.
  • Build and mentor high-performing teams.
  • Support board-level reporting and strategic reviews.
5. Stakeholder Management & Industry Networking
  • Build deep relationships with founders, investors, healthcare leaders, and key decision-makers.
  • Act as a trusted partner to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strengthen the company's visibility in the healthcare investment ecosystem.
6. Team Building & Leadership
  • Mentor junior team members on investment and strategic work.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across finance, product, operations, and clinical teams.
  • Help build a high-performance, ownership-driven culture.
Requirements
Who You Are:
Must-Have Credentials
  • MBBS degree (mandatory) - strong clinical foundation.
  • MBA from Tier-1 institute (IIM A/B/C, ISB, etc.) - mandatory.
  • 7-10+ years in venture building, investment, strategy consulting, or corporate strategy.
  • Deep experience in the Indian Healthcare ecosystem.
Core Experience
  • Exposure to scaling early-stage or growth-stage healthcare ventures.
  • Experience in strategy + execution + stakeholder management.
  • Ability to think like both an investor and operator.
Mindset & Traits
  • Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and passionate about transforming healthcare in India.
