Context/ Purpose of Job

The Tata Archery Academy has been producing world-class athletes who have represented India at the highest levels of competition, including the

Olympic Games

and the

Asian Games

. This role is designed for an elite coach with proven international experience and expertise in high-performance archery training. The coach will play a strategic role in

developing athletes capable of podium finishes at global events

, ensuring they meet international benchmarks and close the gap with leading archery nations.



The selected coach will:

Drive Olympic-focused training programs

with clear milestones leading up to Los Angeles 2028. Implement

advanced techniques, mental conditioning, and performance analytics

to prepare athletes for high-pressure environments. Provide

specialized inputs based on global best practices

, ensuring our athletes consistently perform at medal-winning standards. Collaborate with sports science teams to optimize physical, technical, and psychological readiness. Foster a culture of excellence and resilience, enabling athletes to transition from national dominance to

Other details
