KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and private investors

Source, analyse, and structure real estate investment opportunities across various asset classes

Execute buy-side and sell-side transactions for private capital / family office clients

Provide strategic investment advice aligned with clients' wealth management goals

Collaborate with JLL's broader capital markets platform globally to leverage market intelligence and opportunities

Create detailed financial models and investment memorandums for potential acquisitions and dispositions

Negotiate investment terms and transaction structures

Stay current on market trends, capital flows, and regulatory environments affecting private wealth real estate investments

Work with cross-functional teams including debt and equity specialists.

Develop customized portfolio strategies for clients based on their investment objectives and risk profiles

QUALIFICATIONS

MBA Finance / CA / CFA with 5-10 years of experience in finance, Real Estate, Investment banking or related field.

5-10 years of experience in commercial real estate investment, with demonstrated experience working with private investors

Strong understanding of real estate capital markets, investment structures, and portfolio management

Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills

Superior communication and relationship management capabilities

Demonstrated track record of successful transaction execution

Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members

Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Power Point)
