Job Description

We are seeking a

seasoned Marketing & Business Development Head

with deep industry relationships and proven experience in driving consistent business growth for advertising or brand communication agencies.
The ideal candidate is a

network-driven professional

who has successfully handled

brand accounts, campaign mandates, and long-term client relationships

across sectors such as FMCG, Real Estate, BFSI, Retail, Lifestyle, and Technology.

You will play a

strategic leadership role

-- bringing in new brand partnerships, reviving dormant accounts, and steering the agency's business expansion through strong relationship management and market insights.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and onboard new brand clients for creative, digital, and media services. Leverage existing industry contacts to generate recurring business opportunities. Develop and execute client acquisition strategies aligned with agency capabilities. Represent the agency in industry forums, events, and brand leadership circles. Collaborate with the creative and digital teams to tailor proposals and pitches. Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. Contribute to overall brand positioning, business planning, and revenue growth.

Ideal Profile



15-25 years of experience in advertising / marketing agencies in senior leadership roles (Business Head / VP / Client Servicing Director / Marketing Head). Strong existing network with brand CMOs, marketing heads, and decision-makers. Excellent understanding of brand communication, media, and digital landscapes. Proven track record of business generation and client retention. Entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative and professional approach. Retired or semi-retired professionals with active brand relationships are also welcome.
