Build strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Ensure timely closures and maintain recruitment metrics.

1+ years of IT recruitment experience.

Strong knowledge of job portals, LinkedIn, and social sourcing.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
