Work Schedule:

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients through various channels, including cold calling and networking.
Present and promote real estate properties to prospective buyers, highlighting key features and benefits.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a high school diploma with relevant experience may also be considered.
Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in the real estate sector.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
