We are looking for a motivated Direct Channel Sales Manager to drive sales and expand our business through direct engagements with customers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively generate and convert leads through direct customer interactions.
Explain product features and benefits clearly to prospective clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead identification to closure.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Provide excellent customer service and address customer queries in a timely manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate in any discipline (Preferred).
Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in field sales, direct sales, or business development.
Experience in financial products (like BFSI or insurance) is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset.
