About the Role Rexo Solutions is looking for a highly driven Direct Sales Manager who can lead client acquisition efforts, build strong business relationships, and generate consistent revenue growth. This role requires a proactive individual skilled in closing deals, understanding client needs, and representing our brand with confidence. Key Responsibilities Identify, target, and acquire new clients for Rexo Solutions across multiple industries. Develop and execute strategic sales plans focused on B2B client acquisition. Conduct direct sales meetings, demonstrations, and presentations to potential clients. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through cold calling, networking, social selling, and field visits. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored solutions. Maintain strong follow-up discipline to ensure conversions and long-term relationships. Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to leadership. Represent Rexo Solutions at events, meetups, and industry gatherings to expand brand visibility.
Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience (2-6 years) as a Direct Sales Executive/Manager, preferably in IT, SaaS, or service-based companies. Strong negotiation, communication, and client-handling skills. Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve sales targets. Hands-on experience in B2B lead generation and direct selling. Ability to handle field sales, client meetings, and presentations independently. Good understanding of digital solutions, IT services, or software development projects. Self-driven, ambitious, and results-oriented personality. Preferred Qualifications Experience in selling IT services, web development, digital marketing, or SaaS products. Knowledge of CRM tools and sales analytics. Existing business network or connections in the corporate and startup ecosystem.
