Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and networking.
Meet with prospective customers to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable products.
Present, promote, and sell life, health, or general insurance products directly to individuals and businesses.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
Educate customers on policy benefits, terms, and premium payment options.
Maintain strong after-sales service and follow-ups for policy renewals.
Keep records of sales, revenue, and customer interactions.
Stay updated on insurance products, competitor offerings, and industry trends.
Required Skills & Competencies

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Basic knowledge of insurance products and financial services (preferred, but training will be provided).
