We are looking for energetic, responsible, and self-driven
Direct Sales Executives (DSE)
who can manage field operations, customer visits, and premium collections for Kataria Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd. You will play a critical role in strengthening customer relationships, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining ground-level operational excellence.

Responsibilities
? Visit customers for
insurance premium collection
and documentation
? Conduct
regular field visits
, maintain daily activity reports
? Build strong relationships with existing and new policyholders
? Ensure
timely follow-ups
for renewals and pending premiums
? Coordinate with internal teams & managers for approvals and updates
? Share
live location
with reporting managers when required (for areas without a Kataria office)
? Weekly in-person visits to the office or as assigned by management
? Maintain proper records and support documentation as per process
Requirements
? Minimum
1 year of field sales / outdoor work experience
? Strong communication and customer interaction skills
? Comfortable with
daily field travel
and customer visits
? Ability to work independently and meet collection targets
? Basic understanding of insurance processes (preferred)
? Must be reliable, responsible, and punctual
? Graduate degree (mandatory)
