Job Title: Direct Sales Executive

Reports To: Sales Manager / Team Leader



Job Summary:



The Direct Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and achieving sales targets for residential and/or commercial real estate projects. The role involves direct client interaction, site visits, and follow-up to ensure successful deal closures and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and generate new sales opportunities through various channels (cold calling, site visits, referrals, digital inquiries, etc.) Present project details and features effectively to potential buyers. Conduct site visits with clients and explain project layouts, pricing, and payment plans. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers for repeat and referral business. Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication and closure of sales. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management. Maintain proper documentation of client interactions and transactions in CRM or designated software. Coordinate with the marketing and CRM teams for promotional activities and client engagement. Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in real estate direct sales (residential or commercial or Open Plots). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven. Pleasant personality with the ability to build rapport with clients. Must be willing to travel for client meetings and site visits. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.

Salary Structure (Suggested):



Fixed Salary:

?18,000 - ?25,000 (based on experience and capability)
