Direct Sales Executive

to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in face-to-face interactions and enjoy building lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential customers through field visits, cold calls, and networking. Actively pitch and sell products/services to prospective customers. Conduct product demonstrations and clearly communicate features, benefits, and pricing. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals. Collect customer feedback and provide insights to improve product offerings and strategies. Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer interactions using CRM tools. Attend training sessions, team meetings, and company events as required.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in direct sales, field sales, or a similar role. Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. Confidence in presenting and closing deals face-to-face. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Willingness to travel locally as part of the sales process. High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in Recruitment and staffing Basic knowledge of CRM software and reporting tools. Local market knowledge and existing customer base are a plus. Fluency in [local language(s)], if applicable.
