Job Overview

We are hiring a

Direct Sales Executive

in Calicut to handle company-provided leads, meet potential clients, and achieve sales targets. The role is ideal for motivated individuals who want to grow in the sales and marketing field.

Key Responsibilities

Work on

leads provided by the company

and convert them into business. Meet customers directly, explain product benefits, and close sales. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Prepare daily reports and share updates with the manager.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in direct/field sales (BFSI/Insurance preferred). Graduate in any discipline. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and result-oriented. Local candidates from Calicut preferred.
