Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated

Direct Sales Executive

to join our team in

Bengaluru

. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to connect with customers in multiple languages. This role is perfect for

freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience

in direct or field sales who are eager to build a career in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and approach potential customers through direct sales and field visits. Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and persuasively. Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals. Gather customer feedback and market insights to support business growth. Collaborate with the sales team on local marketing and promotional campaigns. Provide timely updates and performance reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:



0-6 months of direct/field sales experience (freshers welcome). Proficiency in

Kannada, Telugu, Hindi, and English

(mandatory). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Must own a

two-wheeler

with a valid

driving license

. Self-driven and comfortable with fieldwork.

Immediate joiners preferred.
