We are looking for a dynamic Direct Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will engage with potential clients, explain policy benefits, and convert leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Work on leads provided by the company and convert them into sales.
Convince potential customers to choose suitable products.
Explain product details accurately and clearly to clients.
Conduct daily follow-ups with clients.
Set meetings with interested clients and maintain a structured schedule.
Prepare and present proposals aligned with the client's budget.
Organize and manage sales visits effectively.
Qualifications:
Graduation is mandatory (any discipline).
1-3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in BFSI/insurance sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle leads and follow up persistently.
Confidence in presenting and explaining products clearly.
Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets.
