Direct Sales Executive - Insurance (Female Candidates Only)

Role Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Female Direct Sales Executive who will be responsible for handling our Share Clients and driving cross-sales of insurance products. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in B2B insurance sales and a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and nurture relationships with existing Share Clients. Identify opportunities for cross-selling suitable insurance products (life, health, motor, etc.). Provide personalized consultation to clients based on their insurance needs. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate client records and follow up regularly. Collaborate with internal teams for smooth policy issuance and client servicing

Requirements:

Female candidates only.

Fluent in Gujarati (spoken and preferably written). Residing along Mumbai's Western Line (Churchgate to Borivali preferred). Age between 24 - 30 years. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in B2B insurance or direct sales. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
