to manage campus visits, student interactions, and field-level sales activities across Kerala. This role involves conducting student sessions, participating in events, building institutional relationships, and generating high-quality leads for the admissions team.

Key Responsibilities:
Visit schools and colleges across Kerala as per the outreach schedule
Conduct student sessions, workshops, seminars, and awareness programs
Build and maintain strong relationships with Principals, HODs, teachers, and local influencers
Collect and update accurate student/parent information in the CRM
Support offline marketing activities including brochures, posters, standees, and event setups
Collaborate with community partners and local networks to generate leads
Generate consistent quality leads through field visits and referral channels
Participate in education expos, campus fairs, and public events
Identify new partnership opportunities with institutions and learning centers
Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly field activities and performance metrics
Coordinate with Sales and Counseling teams for timely follow-ups
Drive walk-ins, inquiries, and lead conversions through field engagement
Maintain proper logs for visits, lead details, and daily field operations
Support internal teams during outreach campaigns and events
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
0-3 years of experience in field sales, outreach, or institutional engagement
Strong communication skills in
English and Malayalam
Ability to manage field operations independently
Willingness to travel extensively and achieve monthly targets
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and Google Workspace
