We are hiring a Direct Sales Executive to handle campus visits, student interactions, and field-level sales activities across Kerala. The role includes conducting student sessions, attending events, building institutional relationships, and generating high-quality leads for the admissions team. A short self-introduction video is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Visit schools and colleges across Kerala as per the planned schedule
Conduct student sessions, workshops, and awareness programs
Build strong relationships with Principals, HODs, teachers, and local contacts
Collect accurate student/parent information and update the CRM promptly
Support offline marketing activities including brochures, posters, and standees
Work with local partners and community contacts to generate leads
Generate consistent leads through field visits and referral channels
Participate in education expos, campus fairs, and public events
Identify new partnership opportunities with institutions
Track and report performance metrics for visits and events
Coordinate with Sales and Counseling teams for timely follow-ups
Drive walk-ins and inquiries to learning centers through field engagement
Maintain accurate logs of visits, leads, and daily field activity
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Support internal teams during campaigns and outreach initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
0-3 years of experience in field sales or institutional engagement
Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
Ability to manage field operations and travel independently
Willingness to travel extensively and meet monthly sales targets
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and Google Workspace
Self-introduction video submission is mandatory
