Maintain accurate documentation and regularly update CRM tools with lead status and feedback.
Participate in sales events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
Requirements:
Proven experience in
direct sales
or
real estate
.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and
communication skills
.
Ability to understand and explain project details and legal aspects of real estate transactions.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with
field work
.
Familiarity with CRM tools and basic office software.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
