Actively engage in

field sales

and lead generation through

cold calls, referrals, and walk-ins

. Meet and convert prospective leads into sales through

property consultations and site visits

. Develop and maintain

relationships with clients

to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business. Collaborate with developers to stay updated on inventory, pricing, offers, and project specifications. Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties that match their budget and preferences. Meet or exceed monthly

sales targets

and maintain a healthy

pipeline of prospects

. Maintain accurate documentation and regularly update CRM tools with lead status and feedback. Participate in sales events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

Requirements:



Proven experience in

direct sales

or

real estate

. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and

communication skills

. Ability to understand and explain project details and legal aspects of real estate transactions. Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with

field work

. Familiarity with CRM tools and basic office software. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
