About the Role:



We are looking for motivated and energetic

Direct Sales Executives (DSE)

to join our team. The role involves promoting and selling our unique Financial Trainings (useful for every family) directly to customers, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Acquire new customers Generate leads and identify potential customers through field visits, cold calls, and referrals. Building customer base and maintain long-term relationships with customers. Assist customers in smooth access of trainings and software. Meet assigned sales targets.

Required Skills & Competencies:



Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively. Self-motivated and target driven. Good customer handling and relationship-building skills. Must have his/her own vehicle Must be living in the city for last 2 years.

Eligibility:



Graduate in any field (MBA/BBA preferred). Experience in sales, banking, finance, or insurance will be an added advantage.
Package:

CTC of Rs. 3 lacs Attractive Incentives
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?300,000.00 per year
