We are hiring an experienced Direct Sales professional for a reputed Real Estate company
in Ahmedabad. The candidate will be responsible for direct sales activities, handling walk-in
clients, site visits, and closing property deals while achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
? Handle direct sales activities for residential and commercial real estate projects.
? Attend walk-in customers and coordinate site visits.
? Understand customer requirements and present suitable property options.
? Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
? Follow up with leads generated through marketing and CRM teams.
? Maintain accurate sales records and customer data.
? Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and close deals.
? Coordinate documentation till booking and agreement completion.
? Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
? Track market trends and competitor activities.
