Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in direct sales, preferably in the HR industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships

• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
