Job Title : Direct Sales Agent Location : Bangalore Roles & Responsibilities: Scouting for LAP loan leads: This involves actively seeking out potential borrowers who are interested in LAP (Loan Against Property) loans. This could be through various channels such as advertising, referrals, or partnerships. Collecting documents from customers and submitting them at the nearby branch: Once you\'ve identified potential borrowers, the next step is to gather all the necessary documents from them. This typically includes identification documents, property documents, income proof, etc. Once collected, these documents need to be submitted to the nearest branch or office for processing. Explaining all loan-related processes and charges to customers: Transparency is key when it comes to financial transactions. You should ensure that the borrowers fully understand the terms and conditions of the loan, including interest rates, repayment terms, and any associated fees or charges. Clearly communicating all loan-related charges to customers: This is a continuation of the previous point. Make sure that there are no hidden fees or surprises for the borrower. All charges should be clearly communicated upfront. Having the loan case file in proper order: Organization is crucial in the lending process. Keep all the documents and paperwork related to each loan application neatly organized and easily accessible. This helps in streamlining the approval process and reduces the chances of errors or delays. Ensuring all communication with customers once documents are received: Keep the borrowers informed at every stage of the process. Let them know when you\'ve received their documents, when the application is being reviewed, and any other relevant updates. Ensuring all TATs are followed in moving the loan file forward: Time is of the essence in the lending business. Adhere to all Turnaround Time (TAT) commitments to ensure prompt processing of loan applications. This helps in maintaining customer satisfaction and also improves overall efficiency. Providing all necessary customer support: Finally, be there to assist the borrowers throughout the entire loan process. Address any questions or concerns they may have and provide guidance as needed. Excellent customer support can make a big difference in building trust and loyalty. Requirements: Proven experience in direct sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in the financial services industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed.
