Billing and Payment Handling Customer Service Inventory Management Compliance and Reporting Counter Maintenance Coordination and Communication

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Education:

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

Prior experience in retail billing or cashiering is preferred but not mandatory.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in billing software and POS systems. Basic knowledge of MS Excel or similar applications for report generation.

Soft Skills:

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in billing. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple customers effectively.

Additional Requirements:

Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays. A professional and courteous attitude at all times. Physical ability to stand for extended periods during working hours.
