Customer Engagement

: contact customers and prospects via phone, email, or in-person to promote products / services.

Sales growth

: meet sales targets and drive revenue growth through direct marketing effforts.

Lead generation

: Identify and generate new business leads through research, networking, and well-versed in corporate marketing.

Relationship building

: build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.

Product Knowledge

: develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of product / services, communicating benefits and features to customers.

Data Management

: accurately record customer interactions, sales data, and market feedback.

Requirement:

Education :

Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.

Experience

: 1-3 years of experience in direct marketing sales, or customer service.

Skills

Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills. strong customer service and relationship- building skills. ability to work in a fast- paced environment and meet sales targets. Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software.
