Direct Marketing Executive

, and general direct marketing strategies. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Execute

email marketing campaigns

, including outreach, follow-ups, and database management. Perform

LinkedIn lead generation

, including connection building, messaging, and engagement. Conduct

direct marketing outreach

across platforms to identify and attract potential clients. Maintain and update leads, follow-ups, and CRM entries regularly. Research new market opportunities and target industries. Collaborate with the sales team to support lead conversion and achieve monthly targets. Track marketing activities and suggest improvements for better performance.

Key Requirements

Experience with

LinkedIn outreach

and

email marketing

(Fresher to 2 years). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of Upwork and Firework (preferred, not mandatory). Highly motivated, confident, and eager to learn. Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently. Must be comfortable working in

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
