About the Role:


We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented freshers who are eager to start their career in sales and business development. As a

Lead Generation Executive

, you will be responsible for connecting with potential clients in the US market, understanding their requirements, and helping the sales team create new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct outbound calls to potential clients . Introduce company services and generate interest among prospects. Build and maintain a database of leads through research, follow-ups, and referrals. Schedule qualified meetings for the sales and business team. Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM tools. Support the team in achieving weekly and monthly targets. Learn and grow your understanding of international B2B sales and IT services.

Requirements:



Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Confidence in making cold calls and handling client conversations. Strong learning attitude and enthusiasm to build a sales career. Basic understanding of LinkedIn, email outreach, or lead generation tools is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or IT-related field. Prior internship or exposure to lead generation, cold calling, or digital marketing will be an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
