Job Description

Direct Sales Executive identifies potential customers and sells products or services directly to them, often outside of a retail environment, through face-to-face interactions, phone calls, or events.Key responsibilities include generating leads, conducting product demonstrations and presentations, negotiating and closing sales, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Essential skills for this role are strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities, along with self-motivation and excellent product knowledge.

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Actively seeking and identifying potential customers and new business opportunities.

Product Presentations and Demonstrations:

Showcasing and explaining products or services to prospective clients to highlight their benefits.

Sales Negotiation and Closing:

Negotiating terms, addressing customer inquiries, and successfully closing deals to achieve sales goals.

Customer Relationship Management:

Building strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Sales Reporting:

Maintaining accurate customer records and generating sales reports and forecasts.

Market Research:

Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and product updates.
