We're Hiring! Diploma Mechanical Freshers - Multiple Roles (Aerospace Manufacturing)

Available Roles

We are looking for motivated Diploma Mechanical Engineering freshers for the following departments:

1?? Production Planning

Support daily/weekly production scheduling Track work orders & coordinate with production teams Update production status and documentation

2?? Machine Shop / Production

Assist with machining operations (CNC/VMC/Special Processes) Learn machine operation, tool handling & process flows Support supervisors with daily production activities

3?? Quality Control / Inspection

Perform basic inspection tasks under guidance Learn usage of measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.) Support documentation for aerospace quality standards

4?? Store & Material Handling

Assist in receiving, issuing, and tracking materials Maintain ERP/movement records Coordinate with production and procurement teams

5?? Maintenance (Mechanical)

Support machine maintenance activities Learn preventive maintenance procedures Assist maintenance engineers in troubleshooting

What We're Looking For

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (2023/2024/2025 pass-outs) Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes Good communication and willingness to learn Strong work ethic and teamwork skills Familiarity with MS Office is a plus
