Role & Responsibilities :

Assist in monitoring and optimizing manufacturing processes (e.g., assembly lines, machining, welding, or automation systems) Collect and analyze production data to identify bottlenecks or quality issues Support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen) under supervision Help implement quality control checks and root cause analysis for defects Ensure processes adhere to safety standards (ISO 9001, OSHA, or industry-specific regulations) Provide technical support to shop floor teams

Key Skills Required :

Required basic mechanical & Electrical knowledge Manufacturing processes (machining, fabrication, assembly) Process documentation (SOPs, work instructions) Strong interest in hands-on production environments Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
