We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our research team as Research Assistants. This is an excellent opportunity for recent B.Tech/ITI graduates from Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil Engineering disciplines to contribute to cutting-edge research projects focused on thermal conductive materials, nanomaterials, and environmental purification technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in research and development projects related to thermal conductive materials and nanomaterials
Support experimental work in air and water purification systems
Conduct laboratory tests, data collection, and analysis under the supervision of senior researchers
Prepare technical reports, documentation, and maintain accurate research records
Assist in the design, fabrication, and testing of prototypes and experimental setups
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instrumentation
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and contribute to project meetings
Ensure compliance with laboratory safety protocols and quality standards
Educational Qualifications
B.Tech/B.E.
in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Civil Engineering
OR
ITI
in relevant disciplines
Required Skills & CompetenciesTechnical Skills:
Basic understanding of materials science, thermal properties, or environmental engineering
Familiarity with laboratory instruments and measurement techniques
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Basic data analysis skills using Excel or other statistical tools
Soft Skills:
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
Time management and organizational skills
