We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Assembly Intern
from a
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
background who can
join immediately
. The intern will support component assembly, assist senior technicians, and ensure products meet quality and safety standards. This role offers valuable, hands-on exposure to a real manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the assembly of mechanical components as per instructions.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and assembly guidelines.
Support technicians in fitting, fastening, alignment, and basic mechanical tasks.
Perform visual inspection and quality checks during and after assembly.
Maintain workspace cleanliness and follow safety protocols.
Document completed tasks and update records as required.
Report defects, delays, or issues promptly to the supervisor.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory).
Freshers or recent graduates are welcome.
Basic understanding of mechanical components and assembly processes.
Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
Ability to follow instructions and work in a structured environment.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Experience using basic mechanical tools.
Ability to read simple assembly drawings.
Understanding of quality and safety practices.
