Assist in inspection of HVAC equipment like ducts, AHUs, FCUs, valves, chillers, and piping systems.
Check material quality and verify with approved material submittals.
Support senior QC engineers in site inspections and preparing NCR reports.
Maintain QC documentation: checklists, inspection reports, test reports, etc.
Help in pressure testing, leakage testing, and functional testing of HVAC systems.
Ensure installation works follow project specifications
Coordinate with installation teams to solve quality-related issues.
Skills Required
Basic HVAC system knowledge
Ability to read mechanical drawings (ducting, piping)
Understanding of basic QC procedures
Good communication and reporting skills
MS Office and basic AutoCAD (added advantage)
