Job Description

To assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems, machinery, and equipment in the plant. The role is designed for fresh graduates to learn and develop skills in preventive and breakdown maintenance under the guidance of senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in daily inspection, monitoring, and upkeep of electrical panels, motors, wiring, and machines. Support senior engineers in preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment. Learn to troubleshoot electrical faults in machinery, production lines, and utilities. Maintain records of maintenance activities and breakdown reports. Follow safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies. Support in the maintenance of EOT cranes, VMC machines, and other electrical-driven equipment (if applicable). Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills. Ensure proper housekeeping and adherence to 5S in maintenance areas.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (Freshers can apply). Basic knowledge of electrical systems, motors, PLCs, and control circuits. Understanding of safety procedures in handling electrical equipment. Willingness to work in shifts and learn on the job. Good communication and teamwork skills.
