We are looking for a Diploma in civil person who has practical knowledge and experience in land records, land registry work, licensing documentation, and coordination with government and local authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Purchase of land/agricultural land/plot to completion of landscaping work
Co-ordinate with government departments / local authorities etc.
Keep all documents properly.
Conduct site visit when required for inspection / verification and coordinate with our lawyer
Good communication & coordination skills with department as well as management as well as management.
Knowledge of related departments for required permission
Comfortable/confident with field work and department visits
Required Qualification & Skills:
Diploma in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
Minimum 1-3 years' experience in land registry / licensing / land documentation
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD will be preferred/excel/word
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
